Our Basic Plan includes self service property management that is FREE of charge. Keeping all your lease documents online can be accessed from anywhere with our Essential Plan, which includes all services from Basic and additional features. The best plan is Premium, where you can access all your property records online and leverage UpkeeProperty's maintenance coordination team.
Basic plan is absolutely FREE and you can subscribe for reminders to up keep your properties, get access to DIY and any specials by email/text
The Basic plan allows you to enroll only one property, whereas Essential and Premium allow you to enroll as many properties as you want. For any of our paid plans, you will also receive multi-property discounts for 5+ properties
Premium Plan owners can share UpkeeProperty's contact details with their tenants so they can contact us for maintenance requests. All maintenance requests can be coordinated by UpkeeProperty, and both parties can be kept up-to-date on ETAs, fees, and other information.

Upkeep Basic plan - Free, Upkeep Essential plan - $9.99/Month, Upkeep Premium - $49/Month (this plan is only for DFW area properties)
Service request will be accepted and addressed within 24 hrs of receiving the request
Emergency requests will be addresses in 24 Hrs and any other general requests can be inspected and addressed as per the technician's report
"Online registration is available for all plans. Basic Plan is free of charge.You can subscribe & pay monthly for the Essential Plan.The minimum subscription duration for the Premium Plan is 3 months"
The Essential Plan is available on a monthly basis, and the Premium Plan is available on a three-month basis with a one month cancellation notice after three months. All plans are non-refundable
There is NO registration or cancellation fee for any of the plans.
